Colombia Finca La Loma Micro-Lot
Finca La Loma is located in San Augustin, Huila, Colombia and run by Wilmer Moncayo. The farm sits at an elevation of approximately 1,720 meters and consists of approximately 6 hectares in coffee. Of those 6 hectares, approximately 15,000 are Pink Bourbon, 6,500 are Colombia, 7,000 are Castillo and 1,500 are Caturra. The coffee is fermented for approximately 24 hours in cherry, de-pulped and then dry fermented for an additional 24 hours. Upon washing the coffee is dried in a parabolic dryer for approximately 12 days.
