Finca El Paraiso is located on the slopes of the Ilamatepec volcano in the department of Santa Ana, El Salvador. This coffee is the result of Aida Batlle's unwavering commitment to source and showcase the art of coffee processing at Beneficio Las Tres Puertas. The meticulously selected cherries are processed with a “natural” protocol, which means the cherry are classified in water and then dried on raised beds.
NOTE: We loved this coffee as a Single Origin Espresso too! Parameters: 18g in, 40g volume out, 28-30 sec brew time.
