El Salvador Finca La Esperanza

María Isabel Hernández owns a 1-manzana farm where she grows 2,500 coffee trees, mostly Pacas and Pacamara variety. The coffee on Finca La Esperanza is picked ripe and depulped the same day, then fermented dry for 24 hours before being washed three times. The coffee is dried on raised beds for about 12 days.
